Knology was a regional telecom provider in the Southwest and South Dakota regions of the US.
Challenge
Develop internal campaign for Knology customer service training and morale.
Strategic Insight
Internal campaign can build on the wildly successful “I Can” Knology campaign.
Tactical Execution
First the name “C.A.R.E.” was developed as a meaningful acronym for “Customer Attention Retention Everyday.” This was then paired with inward-facing “I Can” statements of empowerment and inspiration.
Results
Employees latched on to the concept, and made their own “I Can” statements and making C.A.R.E. part of every customer interaction.
