Challenge
Develop a creative campaign to run throughout the year in all markets.
Strategic Insight
The “I Can _______” structure is flexible enough to work for all products and can provide a sense of empowerment to customers while highlighting the benefits of Knology.
Tactical Execution
Campaign look was evolved over 4+ years with the “I Can” mantra being the consistent thread. The last iteration of “I Can” was localized for each area in the Knology footprint.
Results
"I Can" became an internal mantra as well -- working to define Knology's culture and value system.
